PAYMENT

I accept Paypal and Credit Card. If you are from The Netherlands you are also able to pay via IDEAL or bank transfer, please contact me to provide those details.

SHIPPING

- Ready to ship orders are shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

- Custom orders are shipped within 7 business days of approval.

Combined shipping is possible, just ask me to hold off shipping or to combine orders and I'll refund the shipping overage.

Domestic shipping is done through PostNL and it should take no longer than three business days.

Shipping is done through standard PostNL INTERNATIONAL and it should take between 2-6 weeks.

You can upgrade your shipping to have it insured up to €500, please contact me and I'll invoice you the extra costs.

I aks you kindly to keep in mind:

I am in no way responsible for lost or damaged packages.

I am not responsible for delay in delivery for what ever reason.

Please provide me with your correct address to avoid problems with delivery.

As a mom and artist at home there could be some delay in shipping at my part. I try my best to get some extra hands when my daughter or myself gets sick. I will try to notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays. If you have any questions about this please contact me.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours. I will refund you the full amount.

After 24 hours I will prepare your package for shipment and I can only refund you the costs of the doll excluding shipping and 10% restocking fee.

You can not cancel a custom order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are for some reason not happy with one of my products; you can return them within 10 days after receiving. I will refund the amount of the doll excluding shipping and 10% restocking fee.

Custom orders sales are final. 

Dolls will be refunded according the following:

- Returned dolls have to be in the same condition as received and in original packaging.

- Returned dolls that are lost in the mail can not be refunded. Please make sure the package has a tracking number.

- Please fill in value below $20 to avoid any custom fees on my part. If I do have to pay custom fees I will charge that on your refund.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY DOLL

Puppa dolls are made of unbleached, natural cotton and filled with Polyester Fiberfill. They are not made for rough play and machine wash.

Please spot clean as needed.

Clothing pieces and accessories can be hand washed and laid flat to dry.

MY DOLL HAS LOST AN ARM DURING SOME ROUGH PLAYING, WHAT NOW?

I'm happy to fix up every doll, if damaged for some reason, for free. I only ask you pay for shipping (also make sure your package has tracking!!).
